# 3.6D — Transpersonal Analysis, or Insight
>[!info]
>Emerging initially with the 6th Chakra in our Early Human ancestor, when the Self is identified with this state it views the lower 5 (3.1D, 3.2D, 3.3D, 3.4D, 3.5D) through a detached and analytical lens, understanding the dynamics of each with extreme clarity.
Not yet pure, empty Awareness itself, it is from this altitude that great insight into the true nature of one's own being arises, as the Self has for the first time transcended any sort of participation in the external world and is able to look down on the lower states, understanding their mechanism objectively.
The Self's nature at in this state is very matter-of-fact, seeing the functioning of the synergistic self, the connected self, the individual self, the sensory preferences, and bodily sensations as they are, allowing for almost scientific analysis, troubleshooting, and insights.
Spending extended time in this state can drastically loosen the grip of the 3rd Dimension on the Self, as it is here that all sensations, emotions, and even lower thoughts[^1] are seen as transitory and ultimately impermanent. These realizations are attested commonly in contemplative schools, like in Buddhist Vipassana meditation.
[^1]: Technically, these realizations, however liberating, are still "thoughts," or analysis of what is going on. Internalizing these deep knowings over time help the Self pull back even further into pure awareness, which is empty of any thoughts, characteristics, or qualities whatsoever.
