# Welcome to the Ancestor Wiki Hello! I'm Ari. This wiki is an artifact from a chapter of my life (2022-2024) when I was trying to understand everything conceptually. I was making maps and models of the psyche and the cosmos, drawn from my own practice and experience, to guide myself and my friends. I haven't touched it much since 2024, but I've left it standing because some of it still holds. If you read one thing here, read the [[Intelligences]]. The 7 Intelligences are one of the things from that period I think still stand up pretty well (I also have a [podcast about them](https://youtu.be/Vlfnk2udTaE?si=JHL9_Sowi3g2m0pi) on my [Youtube](https://www.youtube.com/@fifth.temple) if interested). Old sketches also here: the [[Evolutionary Drives]], the [[Dimensions]] and states of awareness, [[The Four Perspectives]] (Wilber's 4 Quadrants), and a small Library of essays and parables like [[Voltage]] and [[The Waiting Room]]. ## Where the work went By early 2024 I reached the end of the map-making road. I had believed that new and better maps would lead to a new culture. I don't think they do now, at least not on their own. So the work moved off the page and into life. These days I'm deeply embedded in the metamodern / liminal web scene. I learn from the elders of this space, including my teachers Layman Pascal and Dr. John Churchill. I collaborate with friends like Tucker Walsh, and I run my own experiments. I practice a metashamanic path and have worked extensively with medicine mushrooms. I serve on the Oracular Bodies Council of the Source Keepers Guild, and I'm in deep relationship with the Front Range bioregion, the land around "Boulder, Colorado," where I live. What I'm devoted to is the flourishing of a regenerative planetary culture, and actually living it: right now, just through my walking and relating each day. I pray one day I will live on land, with family and tribe, in a village where my children are born and elders die. Most of my attention right now is not on the internet. The next big public thing will be my reboot of the Emerge podcast, which Daniel Thorson entrusted to me, the first external flickers arriving in the fall of 2026.
